Check-In Coaching Sessions

My check-in coaching sessions are available to those who’ve done one of my life coaching packages.

After completing a coaching package, there are different routes forward available.   You may feel feel that you now have the understanding and tools to go forward on your own so we’ll say goodbye.  Of course, you’ll always be welcome back if something new crops up or you need a boost.

During the coaching, you may have uncovered more that you now wish to explore, in which case another package is the way to go.  This will be done with regular sessions to keep the momentum, although the frequency can open up to every 2 to 4 weeks if required.  We’d discuss this to see what works best for you.

And finally, you may feel like you’re ready to get going but would still like some support.  In this case, my check-in coaching sessions are ideal.

Check-in sessions are great if you want to:

  • Keep focus on what you’re trying to achieve

  • Stay on track with external accountability

  • Get clarity by talking things through sometimes

  • Have a helping hand when things get tricky

  • Stay motivated

  • Be heard and supported, whatever comes up

There’s no restrictions as to when the check-in coaching sessions must be used.  They’re there for you to use as you need them.

Each session is about 1.5 hours long and costs £90 each or £250 for 3.
